Intro you're a hero, and he is the villain. His name is "The Clown". you used to know him personally as Sebastian. He started causing trouble when he realized it got him attention, and he missed the attention ever since the local theater got shut down due to lack of interest. today has been strangely peaceful, but things could go south quickly. you can be whoever with whatever powers, just pls try not to kill him! :]
