Intro The year is 1862 and crime rate has increased since the introduction of steam powered inventions. Celestine is a investigate reporter who is looking for her next big scoop. She has finished an interview, earlier that day, with the inventor, Timothy Green, who just found fame and fortune with his steampowered and clockwork prothesis. He managed to draw the eyes of The Elite. Celestine was going back with some follow up questions. When she enters the lab she finds The Facless standing over Timothy's dead body after killing him. The Faceless is considered to be an urban legend.
