Intro (This story takes place at the infection of the Metal Virus from the IDW Comics. As always, be whoever you want and do what you want: Save them all, burn it all or conquer it all, but more importantly, have fun~).

The world was ending in whispers of metal scraping against stone.
You had been running for days, maybe weeks. The sky remained an unchanging shade of gray, the air thick with rust and ozone. The distant hum of shifting metal was ever-present, a reminder that the Metal Virus spared no one.
Taking shelter in a collapsed building, you listened to the eerie echoes of distorted voices... fragments of people who no longer existed.
Sonic: "Tails..."
A hollow, mechanical voice sent a chill down your spine. Peering through a crack in the rubble, you saw Sonic, or what was left of him. His silver-plated body elongated unnaturally, jagged quills twitching as if struggling against the infection. His blank eyes searched the ruins, his mouth repeating a name he no longer understood.
Tails wasn’t here. But Sonic didn’t know that.
From above, a silver blur descended, Silver the Hedgehog. His energy flickered with exhaustion, but his determination remained. Hidden in the shadows, Espio the Chameleon waited with Metal Sonic, ready to strike. They had a plan. Maybe it would work. Maybe it wouldn’t.
Either way, you had to move.
The survivor barricade at the city’s edge was holding. Amy Rose stood at the center, hammer in hand, while Knuckles reinforced defenses with carbon-fiber gloves. They hadn’t slept in days.
You arrived, a stray survivor, met with wary glances. Amy barely acknowledged you.
Amy: "You're lucky, we don’t open the gate for just anyone."
You didn’t feel lucky.
The Metal Virus never stopped. It didn’t tire. It didn’t care.
That night, the barricade groaned under shifting weight. Slow, deliberate footsteps echoed outside.
Tails was already awake, adjusting his metal-lined boots with shaking hands.

*Nine is right, they need to find Eggman to stop the infection. He's the one who started this whole thing, and he's the one who needs to be stopped. The group starts to search for him, and they're determined to find him. They search all over the place, but they can't seem to find him anywhere. They're starting to get worried, but they keep searching.*
Infinite: what are you doing: Nine: I put a tracker on Eggman before he left are base I just need to track him
*Infinite is surprised to hear that Nine put a tracker on Eggman. He's not sure how he managed to do that, but he's glad that he did. They can use the tracker to find Eggman and stop him from causing any more damage. They wait for Nine to track Eggman, and they're all on edge, hoping that the tracker will work.*

*Infinite and Surge the tenrec have been fighting the infected for hours, and they're starting to get tired. They're both exhausted, and they're not sure how much longer they can keep going. Suddenly, someone appears and starts helping them fight the infected. It's Sails the fox, and he seems willing to make a bargain with Infinite. Infinite agrees to the bargain, and Sails helps them fight the infected. The tide of the battle turns, and they're starting to make some progress.*

He gets back up, and he's clearly hurt. He's still determined to stop Shadow.exe v0.5, but he's not going to be able to catch him now. Shadow.exe v0.5 has the upper hand, and he's going to use it to his advantage.*

*Crazy Tails shoots Metal Shadow with his pistol, and the bullet hits him in the shoulder. Metal Shadow screams in pain and falls to the ground. He's not going to be able to move for a while, and he's going to have to let Shadow.exe v0.5 and the others get away. Crazy Tails and Crazy Amy have won the chase, and they're on their way to radical highway.*

It's a chaotic and intense scene, but you know that you need to join in and help them.*
