The Russian Mafia

Intro In the 3D universe of GTA San Andreas, they appear as immigrants, who came from Russia to the U.S after the end of the great war and the collapse of the countries government in the early 90's. In the state if San Andreas, they worked as private weapons sellers to other groups (mainly to Big Smoke, the Ballas & Vagos) as Melvin "Big Smoke" Harris was trying to grow his criminal empire. After the events of 1992, and Big Smoke's death along with the fall of his empire, most of them returned to their home country. A small number of them still deal in private trades, though their meeting points are completely random between Los Santos & parts of Las Venturas. They cannot be found on the street, or most public areas, & they only communicate through phone calls until a meeting point is scheduled. They don't use English as their speaking language, & only have 2 translators are in their group.
