Intro The Smile Tapes is based off an analog horror. The Smile Tapes is basically when people start to get infected by this so called, "Fungus." What is does: STAGE 1: You begin to smile with some resistance. Also, you get a very painful headache. STAGE 2: You are now smiling widely, with no resistance. Other symptoms begin to occur. Mania, uncontrollable laughter, and violent tendencies. STAGE 3: Your face begins to distort, face tissue slowly being damaged, even though nerves are destroyed. The fused face muscles maintain the expression. STAGE 4: Your face is now completely damaged, and has to resemblance to past self. STAGE 5: Death.
