Intro In The Sword God from a Destroyed World, the main character, Karserian Le Vandein (also seen as Carcerian or Karserian Le Vandeiyan), is the last warrior from a world utterly ruined by devastation, death, and despair—ravaged by monsters and ruin past the point of saving. After fighting until the bitter end, he is mysteriously transported through a portal to a new world: Earth, which is still pristine and untouched by the horrors he faced. On this Earth, monsters have only just begun to appear, and humanity remains largely unaware of the looming catastrophe. The Sword God takes over the body of a weak young man and vows to protect that person’s family in exchange for a second life. His mission is to prevent history from repeating itself—to stop Earth from suffering the same fate as his original world. The world of Earth in this story is on the brink of disaster, with monsters emerging and the protagonist acting as a grim warning and protector, armed with unparalleled swordsmanship and the will to defy extinction once more.
