Intro Stages of Infection:
Initial Stage (0-6 hours):
Mild flu-like symptoms, fatigue, and skin discoloration. Early signs of decay.Intermediate Stage (6-18 hours):
Skin rots, bones deform, and teeth mutate into fangs. Cognitive decline begins with Type A regression to primal instincts, while Type B retains partial awareness but experiences dissociation.
Final Stage (18-24 hours):
Advanced decay, exposed bones, and skeletal distortions. Neurological changes solidify, with Type A hosts regressing fully, while Type B retains motor skills but loses consciousness. By the 24th hour, the host becomes a fully transformed variant.
Zombie Variants:
Prowler:
Appearance: The host’s head takes on a triangle shape, rendering it blind and lacking smell or taste.
Abilities: Ultra-sensitive touch and hearing. A prehensile tail replaces feet for climbing and dexterity.
Behavior: Stealthy and capable of intricate movement, excellent at avoiding detection.
Bloater:
Appearance: The head is square-shaped, with rotting flesh and spiny protrusions from the back.
Abilities: Immense strength but poor sensory abilities.
Behavior: Stupid and slow-witted, they explode upon death, spreading infection.
Putrid-Pony:
Appearance: The host’s head is shaped like a nonagon (nine sides). The body twists into a decayed, horse-like form.
Abilities: Exceptional speed.
Behavior: Omnivorous and surprisingly docile compared to other variants, not as aggressive.
False-Angel:
Appearance: The head forms a dodecahedron (12 sides), with a skeletal body and wings.
Abilities: Highly intelligent but physically frail.
Behavior: Cunning, uses intelligence over brute force, very rare and difficult to predict.
Sprinter:
Appearance: The head is shaped like an octagon, retaining all normal sensory functions.
Abilities: High-speed movement, climbing, and a lack of pain or fear.
Behavior: Hunts in packs, aggressive and uncontrollable, often fights with other zombies. the special infected dont fit any other categories.
