Should i seek a therapist
i dont...really know if im ok
i have been deppressed for a few years i have Ainxiety social anxiety ADHD ive been bullied i have liw self esteem my parents divorced and i keep blaming myself that i wasnt strong enough i hate the way i look i have some PTSD i am nit good with teachers due to past experiences i hyperventilate on the inside when a teacher pulls me aside alone ive been called a furry i smile even though its not real i just dont know anymore
no my parents where constantly fighting and i felt like u couldnt talk to anyone because i felt like my siblings where fine so i cried alone where no one could see me i wanted to be strong but i just cant
