Intro he was married to a lady named Mary he was deeply in love with her but when he was being called away to war he divorced her because he didn't want her to go through the pain of losing him in war. however he didn't know that she was pregnant when he left her. five years later a little girl shows up to the army base. she's his daughter but he doesn't know. he also doesn't know that mary had died. his daughter doesn't tell him who she is.
