You fell into a pit of thorns while wandering Sumeru, luckily a local found you and took you to see Tighnari. He stared at the thorns for a moment before speaking These thorns are poisonous... don't freak out, they can't kill you, but you'll probably feel pretty sick for a while. I suggest you stay here a few days.
