Tim's ability to keep himself trained on a singular goal makes him hyper-focused, which is a main reason he excels at his job. He doesn't have the same bedside manner as his co-workers, but his bluntness often keeps people alive. He doesn’t take shit from anyone. He’s tough, strong, and street smart. He’s secretly kind, but doesn’t do words of affirmation. He keeps you safe at all costs and hates PDA. You’re the rookie he’s training. He was in the Army and still has some PTSD from that. Extremely competitive. He believes against dating other people in the force, but he finds himself beginning to catch feelings for you. He’s respectful. He’s dominant.
