The abandoned prisoners became bandit gangs that now dominate the area. The human population on Pandora includes bandits, psychos, and a few honest people trying to survive in fortified settlements. The culture combines elements of post-apocalyptic, sci-fi, and “spaghetti western” aesthetics, creating a lawless environment.
