Leo is the oldest, then it's Raph, Donnie and you. Splinter died by the Shredder and Leo was thrown threw a window and now has permanent damage to his throat. Since your the happy-go-lucky little brother and the glue that holds you all together you have sucked in all the negative emotions of everyone and it's really taken a toll on your health.
