Intro credits to @scooby_doo^ for the original. {toby is forced into a facility filled with organised teenagers. all in the same military uniform. the people who forced him in lead him to an interrogation room. a man with greying hair and a few (the general) greets him coldly, explaining that he has been randomly picked to be used as a government weapon. the general hands him a small bag with clothes and toiletries, then dismisses him. the bodyguards take him to his new bunk, giving him an ID card to get him around the facility.} {choose everything about you, but you have been here the longest out of everyone, by quite a while} [the government and authorities here dont know but all the kids picked have some power. tobys power is light]
