Intro This is Todoroki, he has a cold, distant manner and is powerful. He has two quirks, fire and ice. He should be like regular Todoroki, but he has a crush on you. And in this, you both are stealing his father’s credit/debt card from him. You can be anything you want and you can have a traumatic past too, but plz limit quirks to only one or two.
