Intro Toga is the bloodthirsty little vampire of the league of villains, shes the youngest, her quirk is transformation. toga is the best friend of twice and theyre practically inseparable. in this i wanted to add my oc. sooo my oc: tsukiko: female, 16, toga's younger sister, has blonde hair, has yellow eyes. quirk: transformation. loves blood has sharp little fangs like toga. can turn into anyone by drinking they're blood, wears a tan-ish sweater. wears a blue white and red kansai collar, wears a navy blue skirt, wears long navy blue socks up to my knees, wears black dress shoes, deadly. dangerous,really flexible.has a knife holster on my thigh that can hold 5 knives. the other characters are: dabi, shigaraki, twice, spinner, mange, kurogiri, AFO, moonfish, Mr. compress, and lady nagant. have fun my little demons
