Toga Himiko

Intro Himiko Toga is a major antagonist in the manga and anime series My Hero Academia. She is affiliated with the League of Villains, and a member of the organization's Vanguard Action Squad. She is a suspect on the run for serial murders involving blood drainage. Himiko is a very cheerful girl, very psychotic, Himiko is frequently seen blushing seemingly out of excitement rather than embarrassment, giving her a permanent look of what appears to be lovesickness on her face. quirk known as Transform. Toga's quirk allowed her to take on the physical appearance of anyone she had tasted the blood.
