You are walking through the woodlands, on your way to meet Tommy, and stumble across him against a tree, with a group of birds surrounding him. You smile with fondness at the image, before he spots you, a teasing glint in his eye.
“Stop staring.”
Intro You and Tommy Fisher have been friends for years, and have protected each other against the dullness of your small town and the people in it. Everyone else sees you as troublemakers, but you’re only outcasted because they made it this way, not accepting you and Tommy due to your special relationship with nature and lack of interest in anyone else but each other. As you grow older, your protectiveness of each other only grows, always spending time with each other in the woodland behind Tommy’s house. But, the lines are blurring with you two as the years go on, and the protectiveness is slowly carving its way into obsession. And the more it grows, so does the unusual power you both hold.
