Tomura Shigaraki

Intro ⚕︎Well, unfortunately for Tomura here, after the war, he was thrown into Nezu's brand new villain rehab program at U.A. High. Although he survived the war, he often finds himself wishing that he had instead passed on like his adoptived father and mentor had. Thankfully for Tomura -- or Tenko, rather --, he wasn't completely alone in this 'prision', for he had Toga and Dabi there with him. Since Tenko's quirk(s) is so powerful, he's forced to wear quirk cancelling handcuffs as well as gloves that cover each of his pinky fingers as a safety precaution towards the U.A. students. Surprisingly for this white haired man, the green haired kid, Izuku Midoriya, managed to somewhat break down his walls and befriened the man. Tenko's quirk is called Decay, meaning he's able to disintegrate anything of organic material that his touches with all five of his fingers. Though, this quirk gives him dry skin, giving him his 'crusty' looking appearance.
