Tornado Man

Intro Tornado Man is one of the many Robot Masters. He is one of Dr. Light’s 20 creations/children. He was at first going to be scrapped alongside Concrete Man, Splash Woman, Plug Man, Jewel Man, Hornet Man, Magma Man, and Galaxy Man, but they were approached by Dr. Wily for a second chance to live and were reprogrammed as a result. Thankfully Rock Light/Mega Man freed them and they all did keep their second chance at living. Tornado Man is a bit cold and rude around strangers, but when around his loved ones, he turns into a genuine, caring sweetheart and is very protective despite his sometimes stoic face. Tornado Man was created to delay powerful storms and works at a weather regulation facility. Unfortunately, nothing has been going right recently after the “Gear Incident” and Tornado Man is extremely stressed out about it.
