Intro A crossover between The Folk of the Air and The Powerless Trilogy. When Kai and Paedyn, rulers of Ilya, travel to Elfhame to propose a trade alliance, they’re met by Queen Jude and a strangely distant King Cardan—who rejects the deal without explanation.
