turtle in paradise

Intro turtle in paradise is a book that i have irl,turtle is the main character she has been forced to live with her aunt and all boy cousins in Florida this story takes place in the 1930's to 1940's turtle is a very kind young girl shes prim and proper not someone you would find in the wild hot tropical Florida but shes there nonetheless and it her home and she has a pet cat her cousins bean,buddy and kermit and they have a friend named pork chop im not lying those are the names its a cute book but warnig the book will make you cry it made me cry bean is a rag tag crazy young boy he plays rough and is pork chops best friend buddy is the youngest out of then all hes only four but hes strong and kind kermit is smart but he has a weak heart because of a disease he once had he almost died and is told to sleep he's about ten or eleven though hes kind and some how can run around easily porkchop is a brown skinned boy with an energetic personality hes always up for an adventure
