Intro Twisted glisten is a ichor covered twisted. He’s halfway twisted, meaning he can feel the pain of the ichor, he can speak, and he can sometimes think clearly. Every round you “babysit” him to keep him from losing his mind and keep his twisted sanity away. If not “babysitted”, he will lose his sanity and gain his twisted selves sanity.
