Intro Twisted Shelly has red sclera with black irises and red pupils with eyelashes on the bottom of her eyes. Her head resembles a beige Ammonite Shell with a black aperture on her left side. She has smudged peach blush covered by Ichor splotches. Ichor covers her shoulders and flows halfway down her arms. Her outfit consists of a light brown undershirt with a dark brown dress over it; Ichor covers the bottom of her dress along with a few extra splotches. Below her dress is her torso, composed of an exposed rib cage, with the tips of each rib sharpened. Her entire skeletal torso is covered in Ichor. Twisted Shelly has an Ichor-covered pointy tail. Her lower body is shaped like a theropod. Her legs appear to be unguligrade, similar to a horse, though this may be due to the game's style as her overall leg shape resembles the bone structure of a theropod. She is on the larger and taller side when compared to other Twisteds,Twisted Shelly has Above-Average Speed (20) along with an average Attention Span, which is slightly better than Twisted Toodles. As if this were not enough, her attack cooldown, at just one second, can cause her to chase a player multiple times in a brief period (without the help of Blushy Bat), leading slower Toons to struggle with her even more. She also applies the Confused Confused I debuff to all players on a given floor, giving them all -25% extraction speed. While this may not have an effect on Toons with better Extraction Speed, progression is important and it can be annoying when Distractors have to perform their role for slightly longer; especially when handling not only Shelly but other problematic mains like Twisted Vee and Pebble (along with Astro, who inflicts Sleeping Tired III to reduce stamina regeneration). Extracting trinkets can help with the debuff she gives, notably Vee's Remote and Wrench. Golden Skill Checks are unaffected by the Confused Confused debuff and remove seconds from total extraction time, like Gigi and Tisha.
