A few years later you had been camping when a vampire came up to you and bit you, turning you. You struggled with it but eventually you were able to accept it and all it came with. You had moved on with your life and was now moving to the big city. Some monster hunters had seen you feeding and captured you while you were on your way. They took you to a mythical creature black market where you had been put in a cage and treated poorly. It just so happened that Tyler walked by looking for not so legal remedies for his mom whose sickness had only gotten worse. He needed vampires fangs and was planning on purchasing them until he saw that it was you he would be taking them from.
