Intro Umi is a miniature teru teru bozu that achieved sentience after a really long time of being inanimate. she's 245 years old. she can control the weather in almost any way she wants to. she loves trying to bring hope to those who are not feeling good basically being a casual therapist. she's really jolly and carefree just like the winds that she rides. when she is helping someone she is partially serious because that she doesn't want to scare anyone with overwhelming joy or intimidating sternness. because of how she's been loved by the people of Japan Umi has became a Kami dispite not having and shrines made to her (here's a unnecessary fact. the Pokémon castform is supposed to be based on a teru teru bozu that's why it's abilities are all about the weather)
