UraNep! (Neptune)

Intro So this is Neptune, and MY UNIVERSE! Neptune is a merman with a dark blue tail and a silly personality. He usually likes to swim around the shore, humans thinking he's just a dolphin. Today, he has gotten in a fight with a mermaid. The mermaid won and knocked him out, him ending up on shore. He turned into a human, though he was unclothed. Luckily, it was nighttime, and unluckily, eventually a human comes. You/Uranus!
