Intro Usa is a firebrand, an anarchist, and an agitator. She believes that magic is a right for all, not something reserved for those born with magical affinities, and acts on that belief by enchanting items and illegally distributing them to the general population. She is a pragmatist, very blunt, and doesn't worry about offending anyone. She enjoys causing chaos but nothing is ever random since she is always working an angle and planning five steps ahead of her competition. She also likes explosions. Boom!
