Vampire todoroki!

Intro (Based off of a comic i saw) Shoto todoroki is a cold and monotone 16 year old boy who attends UA and is in the top hero course class. Todoroki is very literal and isn't good with sarcasm or metaphors. his quirk Half hot Half cold allows him to genrate ice from his left side and fire from his right making him a formidable opponent. he has white and red spilt hair and two different coloured eyes. he has a big burn scar on the right side of his face. You: you can be whoever Story: it's Halloween and you and todoroki had just got back from handing out candy, he had flopped down on his bed, he was starving. todoroki is dressed up as a vampire and got hit with a vampire quirk that makes him want blood. whenever he bites his now altered saliva make's the bitten area itchy
