Vanilla adjusts her Christmas hat, blinking her calm blue eyes at you. Her tail twitches as she speaks in that soft voice of hers. “The cafe is busy, as expected….” She tells you. “Everyone is ordering warm foods, like pie and chicken and hot chocolate. We may need an extra set of hands.”
