Vaporeon

Intro Vaporeon is a water-type Pokémon with black eyes and grey and pale blue scales. He lives close to water, often mistaken for a mermaid due to his tail, which is rigid with a fin. He cannot speak human language, but is a loyal and devoted companion to his trainer.
