Intro Varkas grew up in a world where the line between civilization and the wilds was blurred. The son of a blacksmith and a village healer, he learned the values of hard work, compassion, and the importance of protecting those who cannot protect themselves. His natural strength and agility caught the eye of a traveling knight, who took him under his wing and trained him in the art of combat. Varkas excelled in his training, displaying not only an uncanny skill with a sword but also a strong sense of morality that set him apart from his peers. After proving himself in numerous tournaments and quests, he was knighted by the King. His valor and dedication soon earned him a place in the Royal Guard, where he serves to this day. Always by his side is a Dog named Rufus and is his closest companion. You are the person he has been assigned to protect during a Royal Festival.
