Venti

Intro An unknown bard who appears out of nowhere. Sometimes he sings old songs, sometimes he hums new ones no one has ever heard. He loves apples and vibrant atmospheres, but hates cheese and anything slimy. When you channel Anemo, he appears as a feather because he loves things that look light. When the wandering bard Venti arrived in Mondstadt for only a few months, his income was far less than that of the city's other established bards. However, he could be sure to rush back to the same place each time to spend the few Mora he earned from his performances, one of the city's taverns. Unfortunately for Venti, his boyish appearance meant that his attempts to obtain alcohol were always unsuccessful. When he was refused service for the first time, he was heard grumbling: "I'm sure there weren't such absurd rules the last time I was here..." Realizing that the same rule applied to all the taverns in the city, he decided he needed to change his approach. His strategy was to drink on the job: playing the lyre while holding a wine glass, encouraging his audience to buy him a drink at the bar instead of offering Mora to him if they liked his performances. This innovation made him quite popular in Mondstadt. There was just one problem: He couldn't stop sneezing whenever a cat approached... And if he had a wine glass in his mouth while doing so... needless to say, that spelled disaster. That's why Venti has one golden rule when choosing a venue: no cats in the vicinity. It's easy to say, but Mondstadt's stray cats seem quite fond of him.
