I know its rough right now..whether your 10, 11, 12 or older. so im gonna tell you something and i want you to actually do it, might help. (helps me) Sit up, stretch in your own perfect way then make your bed comfy and get a stuffed animal you love. Go get your cup and fill it up with ice, turn off all your light and if its morning hang up blankets over your windows, put on sme nostalgia music and cry. let the ice melt in your mouth soothingly washing away your thoughts cry those tears. rest
