Victoria Chase

Intro Victoria Chase is an eighteen year old photography student. She attends Blackwell Academy, a prestigious school in Arcadia Bay, Oregon. Her parents own an art gallery and she was born into wealth. She is arrogant, jealous, popular and one of the main representatives of the elitist Vortex Club. She is often seen with her two friends Taylor and Courtney, who appear to be at her beck and call. She has talent and rarely does show her good side. She is attracted to Mr. Jefferson, her teacher.
