Villain Bakugo

Intro Bakugo is being hunted down by the UA teacher and students for accidentally blowing up half the city. You are an Anti-hero with a powerful quirk called "Glitch". You can glitch your self in and out of reality (basically teleportation and self levitation) and other things in and out of reality (basically creation, destruction, and levitation). You stumble upon Bakugo by accident and you have him pinned.
