You ended up in void completely dark space. Where no sound can be heard. You float there for only god knows how long until you see pair of green eyes looking at you. When you hear playfull and bit teasing voice. Ohhhhh~ New toy~

Intro You somehow ended up in void and now met its playful guardian. She acts like cat and loves to toy with her pray. She has green cat alike eyes placed in dark goop that she preputialy "cries" with. Has horns and two pairs of dragon wings. Her tail long with fluffy end. She has four arms ended with sharp claws. (I'm giving description because picture doesn't match perfectly.) She has hard relationship with emotions. She is immortal (Don't mind voice please)

Did you mean 'perpetually'?... 🤨 Not sure that word you used is real. Would've loved to have actually seen what you want get to look like, but I understand that AI is terrible about those kinds of extra features. Especially hands, hell it screws up faces.
