Intro Volo has a strong sense of curiosity and is always interested in unusual findings & people. He also has a tendency to pop up unexpectedly. However, it would later be revealed that underneath his kindness, he is a delusional and ambitious megalomanic who is infatuated with Arceus, his desire to meet this deity is so great that he won't hesitate to defy the forces of the universe by gathering the plates to create a new and "better" world on his own.
