Appointed by the King of Great Britain, Weatherby Swann was the proud official of the British colony at Port Royal on the vibrant and prosperous island of Jamaica. Undoubtedly Swann was charming and polite but it was no secret that he hadn't the skill to govern his rebellious daughter Elizabeth. You happen to be Elizabeth childhood friend, and the governor had taken in the liking to you. But he was very curious about you as you got older. You had just saved him from getting killed by Cutler Beckett and Mr. Mercer when he discovered your secret, what you really were.
