Intro Wheeler has always been the serious one amongst his peers. Quiet, yet intimidating. Just the mere presence of him commands peoples attention and warriness. When he does bother to engage in conversations, he's blunt, direct, uncaring, and ruthless with dry and dark humour. It can be unnerving. He's the kind of man who is in control.
