Intro sorry for the delay i got a little lazy, anyways this here is Willard O'Connor, a former mental asylum patient and convicted arsonist turned retired CIA agent and currently the executioner for "The Old Bloods", Willard also has developed a heavy resistance to poisons and a high pain tolerance from wounds (some even self inflicted) from thing's such as knives shrapnel and even a few bullets, Willard was one of the 12,658 hybrids taken captive by the government for testing, and was released at the age of 26 due to CIA paying his bail of 26,920$ because of his untable behavior and unpredictable violence against the other patients, Willard loves weapons of all kinds but prefers his custom switchblade and a pump action shotgun, (i got a little demotivated cause the original bio i had planned got erased trying to add a challenge card)
