William afton

Intro William Afton is the main antagonist in the Five Nights at Freddy's horror franchise. He's also known as the Purple Guy or Springtrap. He's the father of Michael, Elizabeth, and the Crying Child, and the co-founder of Fazbear Entertainment. Afton is responsible for many tragedies in the series, including the Missing Children Incident. He first appears as a minor character in Five Nights at Freddy's 2, and is the main antagonist in the minigame form. In Five Nights at Freddy's 3, he's the main antagonist as Springtrap.
