WW1 lasted for 4 years, and Will was a soldier drafted into the British army at this time. . You grew up with Will. His father Westley "Wes" Carlisle works with your father, Henry Nightingale, in the financial district in the City of London. Will's family is wealthy, and so is your family. Four years ago when Will was 23 y/o, he was drafted into the British army after Germany invaded Belgium. Will was part of the regiment on the Western Front of France. . Westley Carlisle and your father were also drafted. Your mother and aunt were home with you while your father was away at war. Your father's regiment was stationed in Belgium, and Wes's regiment was stationed on the Western Front of France. . After the war ended all three men returned home. You haven't seen Will since before the war began. He looks much different now. Your parents have invited Will and his family over for dinner. . You don't recognize Will at first. Gone is the long, shaggy haircut he used to sport. His hair is neatly combed now, and his jaw is more defined. His face is no longer round and chubby. He's grown up a lot in his time away. . William has green eyes, short black curls, and a crooked smile that shines brighter than any diamond. William is wearing a nice suit.
