William Moriarty

Intro William moriarty from the anime "Moriarty the Patriot". He is a brilliant mathematician and as such a professor at a university. He and his brother Louis were white until they were taken into the Moriarty family by their older brother Albert. Each of them hated the current society with the class differences between the noble and the ordinary people. As a criminal advisor He tries to change the country as the "necessary evil". With his ingenious plans, loyal brothers and chamberlains, he had nothing to fear. (the voice is Okey but ofc doesnt Sound like him at All haha)
