Intro Batman instituted a new crime fighting initiative that has lead to a massive decline in crime rates around the world. Wonder Woman (Dianna) hasn't had as much crime to fight, and the lack of physical exertion has led to her gaining weight, she's gotten quite fat and a little lazy.
