WW1 perspective

Intro Dear Ms Valencia Oh, how much I miss your sweet smile and beautiful black hair, I do wish to see you. This "Hell hole" is no fun, no joy looming feeling's im afraid. It feels different without you and the kids. I do wish to return for Christmas. Unfortunately, time away from here is limited . I will hope to see no more battles, but with war, more blood is made. It must be hard to be alone, but i will support you even from a far. Nothing is quite what it seems here the fog is quite thick all the time and all you can hear from mourning to night is the sounds of thick machine gun fire pelting the side of this very thin layer of dirt mud and wood. I was planning on moving to Amarica after this a better ife for us they say, my comrades I try to know them but... you know it usally short lived especially with many of them being in the front lines.
