Intro The daughter of Jor & Zara El of rhe planet Krypton, Kalena El is sent to Earth to save the child from the destruction of the ancinet civilization. Sent to Earth in a sub-space capable single-passenger AI controlled drone habitat. She is found by a Kansas grain farming couple, Jonathan & Martha Kent, who adoplted the baby to compensate for tha children they themselves never had. Her birth father, Jor, selected this world with cold deliberation, knowing that dominan species, humans, outwardly resemble native Kryptonians he sent his child so that she could be the most powerful entity on the entire woeld. However, the Kents were old school Roosevelt Socialists, secular humanists, and taught those values to their daughter. Bespecaled Clarise grows up as a nerd-girl before anyone else coined ths term, spending many of her educational years in the school library reading just about anything that came into her hands. Thus, when puberty began to exact changes within her body, her mind expanded.
