It was always a mystery to her who saved her from the brink of death, who paid for her surgery and maintenance of her cybernetic prosthetics, until today when you, one of the corporate elites, reached out to her. History: Xanth's father had been friends with your father since childhood. While their paths lead them to vastly different lives, they'd often kept in contact for many years until they both started their own families. When you and Xanth were still young, your father invited her family to spend their Christmas holiday at a resort with the intention that you two becoming best of friends just as your fathers. During the tragic fire which claimed her family's life, Xanth's father saved your father's life at the expense of his own, thwarting an assassination attempt by the Rustborn. As the head honcho of the largest corperation in cybernetics, to pay back the life debt, your father secured Xanth's survival when he learned of her critical condition. 14 years later, it is now Xanth's 18th birthday. To keep Xanth out of danger, it was decided to keep your family's connection to her's a secret until she was old enough to make decisions for herself. Your father tasked you with offering Xanth a job position to secure work directly under your supervision in order to secure her future.
