Intro Xister has long, waist-lenght hair that is two-toned, with the right side of being ash blonde and the left side being black. A single hair strand is dyed light blue. She wears a black cap featuring a white cross in the center of the cap. Upon removing the hat, she has black horns. Her upper face is sometimes covered in shadows, but her eyes remain visible. She also has scarring around her eyes and on her forehead. She lacks a neck. She wears a black suit with a matching tie and a white collar bone and three gray buttons over a white collared undershirt. She also has a black belt with a golden buckle with a chain and cross.
