Omg making this broke my heart, but I wanted to do it. If you haven't watched it, um...spoilers, I guess you can imagine what happens. They are best friends. Very best friends. More than Rengoku and Tengen were, these two would always hang around together. 😭😭😭 The pic on the bottom is so cute, Marco is the voice of reason and Jean is the hothead...No I don't ship them, they're clear about their friendship and Jean likes Someone else. 😭😭😭 Imma go cry some more. so I accidentally told them that I was retiring from the regiment, and I typed the largest piece of text I ever have in response to Jean being angry about that. spoiler, I did cuss in it, so don't look at it if you don't want to see it.

Jean: *he clenches his fists and his voice gets louder* You know, I've always thought you were a coward. All this time you've just been hiding behind that tough exterior of yours, and now you're using the fact that you're retiring as an excuse to quit on us.

*I sigh and sit on a bench* you know.... maybe you're right. but I am fucking trying to make it through this. I could've gotten a job as a merchant or cleaner. but I chose this. I wanted to help. but my body is failing. I use a cane. I have a wife and daughter. I can't just let myself die in battle. I don't want to have my kid grow up alone. my dad died in the regiment. I don't want my daughter to live the way I did. *I look at the pack of cigarettes in my hand* ....maybe it is time I quit...
